- 10 coles bakery kaiser rolls split toasted
- 1 cup 280g barbecue sauce
- 10 slices tasty cheddar
- 10 baby cos lettuce leaves halved
- 3 tomatoes sliced
- sliced beetroot to serve

The Instruction of beef burgers with the lot
- heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat cook patties in batches for 2 3 mins each side or until browned and cooked through transfer to a plate cover to keep warm
