The ingredient of Pizza Bianco

  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 150 g each plain pizza base
  • 220g of fresh mozzarella thinly sliced
  • 170 g jar marinated artichokes drained
  • 100g primo selection of gourmet slices of prosciutto
  • spinach leaves to serve

  • preheat the oven to 200c combine the oil and rosemary in a small bowl brush oil mixture on the pizza bases place the bases on pizza trays
  • divide the mozzarella between the bases and top with the artichokes bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until the mozzarella is golden and melted top the pizza with the prosciutto and the spinach leaves season
