- 185ml 3 4 cup tawny juice
- 100g 1 2 cup caster sugar
- 1 orange rind peeled
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 6 combined cloves
- 1 5l 6 cups red wine
The Instruction of gluhwein
- add up yellowish brown juice sugar orangey rind cinnamon and cloves in a saucepan on top of higher than medium heat demonstrate for 3 4 minutes or until sugar dissolves remove from heat cover set aside for 30 minutes to increase flavours
- grow wine place pan beyond low heat and cook until just before boiling pour into heatproof glasses
