Gluhwein


Sip approaching this German wine and enjoy the zesty yellowish-brown and cinnamon flavours. Serves 8

The ingredient of Gluhwein

  • 185ml 3 4 cup tawny juice
  • 100g 1 2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 orange rind peeled
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 combined cloves
  • 1 5l 6 cups red wine

The Instruction of gluhwein

  • add up yellowish brown juice sugar orangey rind cinnamon and cloves in a saucepan on top of higher than medium heat demonstrate for 3 4 minutes or until sugar dissolves remove from heat cover set aside for 30 minutes to increase flavours
  • grow wine place pan beyond low heat and cook until just before boiling pour into heatproof glasses
