- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 1 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 750g coles australian beef fillet steaks
- 1 small brown onion finely chopped
- 1 green capsicum finely chopped
- 450g pkt microwave brown rice
- 2 tomatoes seeded chopped
- 1 3 cup parsley finely chopped
- parsley leaves to serve

- combine bay leaves vinegar 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 garlic clove and 2 tablespoons of oil in a glass or ceramic dish season add beef to paprika mixture and toss to coat set aside for 30 mins to marinate
