- 125g can beetroot slices drained
- 12 pickle slices drained

- combine the onion and vinegar in a small bowl set aside for 10 mins or until onion softens drain
- meanwhile combine the mayonnaise worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce in a small bowl
- heat a greased barbecue plate or large frying pan over high heat cook the burger patties for 4 5 mins or until golden underneath turn and cook for 3 mins top each patty with cheese and cook for a further 2 mins or until patties are cooked through
- divide the bun bases among serving plates spread with the mayonnaise mixture top with lettuce burger patties beetroot onion and pickle top with bun tops serve with chips
